This gorgeous, elegant condo has a bird's eye view of the Salida boat ramp, where whitewater activities are ongoing throughout the summer. Guaranteed best view of FIBArk festivities! Constructed in 2018, this luxury condo is in the heart of downtown Salida, yet private enough to be quiet inside. Shops, galleries, restaurants and nightlife are all within a block! Perfect for a couple's getaway, but can also host up to 6 guests with it's luxury Murphy bed and queen couch bed. Salida license #0513
The entire condo and private balcony are yours, as well as a parking space in the shared garage (though that space will be inaccessible during FIBArk, when the carnival rides are set up on Sackett Avenue). You also get access to the condo association's gorgeous rooftop patio, including gas grill, table, chairs, and VIEWS! Additionally, there is a small rec room with a ping pong table in it. And there is an elevator if you prefer not to take the stairs.
You also get a designated parking spot in our parking garage. Keypad code to garage is 0977, then "Enter". Your spot is marked both "10" and "H." It happens to be the handicapped spot, but it is also the spot reserved for Unit H, so go ahead and use it. If another guest needs to switch spots with us during your stay, I'll let you know, but it's unlikely.
Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen or grilling out on the rooftop patio. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants.
Our cleaning standards have always been very high (as you can tell by our reviews), but with the advent of the COVID 19 threat, we've doubled-down our already high disinfecting standards to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and our entire community.
Salida is an excellent walking and biking town, and you're only blocks away from all of the downtown attractions!
During FIBArk weekend (third weekend in June), you will not have access to the parking garage and so will have to find street parking. We hope you're able to unpack your things and then park your car somewhere for the weekend, as you very likely won't need it at all that weekend!
