It's a wonderful way to experience downtown Salida!

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Gannt's Corner is Great
This is a perfectly funky 3 bedroom with a big open kitchen and living room. Really close to downtown and the river. We'd definitely stay there again!

My adult nephew & I just needed a simple, clean place to stay while visiting dh or another nephew/cousin!s wedding. This nice house hit the mark. It is as it is advertised, clean, close to downtown, and was well equipped. We enjoyed our short stay!

The property is excellent. The property management company, Piñon Vacation Rentals, not so much. Fees charged exceeded rental charges! In addition, we had a problem entering the property in the late evening, called the emergency number, and received no response. Instructions should let renter know the entry code doesn’t work after a few hours, and keyed entry is necessary. Toilet in half bath needs to be tightened to the floor, or wax ring will unseal.

Amazing location!
This property was even more cute in person. Very cozy and just blocks from downtown. We were able to walk everywhere! Terry was gracious and allowed us to bring our 3rd small pup (policy is only 2). The property management company was very friendly and accommodated a late check out! Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home perfect for us & our dog
Gantz’s Corner was just as advertised, only a few blocks from downtown. perfect for us and our dog as it is completely fenced. (Note that there are gaps between the fence planks in the front, so if you have a very small dog, your dog may be limited to the back yard.) There’s also a nice dog park a short walk away, the riverwalk area for water fun, & lots of great hiking and biking trails not far afield. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in downtown Salida
We arrived at the property on Friday and it was ready as presented. The kitchen was clean and stocked with the basic necessities. Our beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch in the evening watching the stars after walking back from dinner.

Pros - house was mostly very clean. The size was nice and we enjoyed walking to town. Parking easy. Well equipped - walking sticks, umbrellas. Only cons - Shower was tiny - hard to even turn around. Bathroom set up was ok for 2 of us. If all 3 bedrooms had been used, would not have been great. Fans are full of dust, debris - need to be cleaned. There was an item of clothing under bed from previous tenant. Yuk!

Amazing location
Very easy parking, spacious and comfortable for a family. Living room where everyone could Be comfortable and enjoy a movie. All needs were met. Easy walk to downtown and grocery. We had a great time.

Great place, great location!
Just a few blocks from downtown Salida, very convenient for walking down there. Easy drive to Monarch. Gantt's corner is well taken care of and had everything we needed.

Liked the place and location. Worked well for us. A few things that need to be updated. The coffee maker is shot. If you don’t press up on little ball above the pot, water and grounds go everywhere. The bed in the back room also needs replacing. It is very soft and sags toward the middle. Two very light people slept there(125-130lbs. And they kept rolling into the middle. The temperatures were also a but hard to control. Freezing in the back room with only a very light cover available, and super hot in front room necessitating an open window at night. I would also highly suggest a disposal for the kitchen sink and sponges for washing dishes. We still had a great time and would rent again. Thanks. Linda

Best Location in Town
If you are looking for a location that is a quick an easy walk to downtown you can't go wrong with this house. The house is not overly fancy but is clean and cozy. I'm being a bit picky but some nice large entry way mats and boot driers near the doors would have been great for keeping the tiled floors dry and safe as well as kept our shoes dry after a walk in the snow. The house runs really warm so we did not even have to use the pellet stove but it is a nice touch and great option if you run cold. Added bonus the Monarch Spur greenway is a few blocks away and makes for a nice walk to the very large dog park on the western edge of town.
