Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. "Relais Il Mignano est un hôtel intimiste au centre de Nardò. La chambre est confortable et conforme aux photos. Elle dispose même d'un petit balcon et d'une terrasse semi-privée. Attention que l'hôtel se situe dans une zone restreinte ZTL, mais il y a de nombreux parkings gratuits à 5 min à peine de ce dernier. Petit point un peu moins positif. "La réception se trouve à 10min a pied de l hôtel Nous avons pas été prévenu à l’avance. Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. "This B&B is located in the very heart of historical center of Gallipoli and within a walking distance to everything important. It has no lift but a lot of stairs. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. The property is not reachable by car (you will need to walk with your luggage at least 150 metres) and has NO parking, even though the property info on hotels.com says that "it is available". We ended up parking 1km away from this place. "

"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "

The communication was fantastic with Marco and Giuseppe came early ever morning quietly to check on the grounds. We loved the kitchen, well stocked with needed equipment to cook if you liked.
