Very quiet 70 m2 apartment in an independent building surrounded by a large wooded park called "Tenuta dei Normanni", ideal for long walks in the open air and for a stay in an elegant and relaxing environment, just 10 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes from the motorway exit/entrance.
The apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed , a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table and 6 chairs.
It is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, TV, free wi-fi internet network and free parking.
Upon request, everything necessary for children is available, such as a cot and a high chair.
The price includes consumption, cleaning before and after guests' arrival, one set of towels and bed linen per person. For each additional series the price is €5.
On the roof of the building there is a large solarium in common use with shower and sunbeds.
