Staff was very nice. However, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Noisy people in the hallway at 12:30am who woke us up and then were loudly knocking on doors at 2:30am. Very disappointing.

At checkin the two gentlemen were extremely helpful. Above and beyond most hotels. I am afraid i did not get their names. During checkout the day staff was the same quality. I will come back to the Salem Inn and will use others as i travel a lot.

The room that they chose for us did not have coffee, sugar, or creamers. When getting ready for bed, we noticed that the bed had crumbs and hair in the sheets. Obviously we’re not changed, however, we cleaned it up enough for us to sleep on it. In the morning, we asked the front desk to please service our room. When we came back to our room. It was not serviced the sheets were not changed so they gave us sheets so that we could do it ourselves. Unfortunately, we will never stay there again and neither will our friends, we are going to pass the word around. Sincerely Linda Smith
