Relax on the spacious back deck of this end unit townhome overlooking the fairway along the 15th Hole at Keowee Key Golf and Country Club. This pristine gated community nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounded by Lake Keowee features 3 marinas (plus Kayaking or canoeing), 2 pools, and indoor Olympic size pool plus brand new fitness rooms, plus a 4.5+ star restaurant to enjoy local chefs. Feel free to go leisure walking on the trails throughout the compound which is all easily accessible. This spacious townhouse is only 14 miles from Clemson for any sporting event, fine dining & shopping plus, only 10 minutes from Seneca for fine dining on Ram Cat Alley or to go to scenic Stumphouse Tunnel and Park. The main floor boasts one bedroom with a California king size bed plus a newly furnished living room area with bath. There is a second bedroom and bath with a queen size bed on the upper level and there's a pullout sleeper with a full mattress in the den area for their comfort too. Wi-Fi and cable are available along with all the comforts that you would have at home. Golfing is available and the host will make the reservation for you - KK Golf fees for 18 holes which includes the cart fee plus 5% renters fee as assessed by the KKPOA Pro Shop. KKPOA Parking fee per vehicle $26. Effective Jan. 1st, 2024 - There is also a KKPOA Rental Administration fee of $20 that the rental liaison collects on all short term rentals.

Weekend Getaway
Our family was looking for a long weekend getaway that was pet-friendly. The townhouse was a perfect place! We rented kayaks, fished with our son and had great walks spying a few dear! Perfect Place for our Family

Enjoyed our return to this property. It was clean and comfortable, as it always is. We didn't need the extra bed which has been added to the loft, so would have preferred the futon/TV sitting area which used to be in the space, but understand the added bed capacity is appealing to some. This is a beautiful property! All of the comforts of home and so well stocked. Plenty of fresh towels and great kitchen amenities. Had a slight miscommunication with the gate security on check-in but the property owner called us to make sure everything was corrected. We would absolutely stay there again!

Came down for my son's graduation from Clemson. Only about 20 minutes from Clemson. Keowee Lake is beautiful. We did kayaking and rented a pontoon. Our townhouse was perfect for us. Our accomodations were wonderful and the owner exceptional. Would stay again.

Almost Perfect
Ann has done an excellent job of making the property feel cozy and welcoming. New furnishings adorn the well appointed spaces. Kitchen is set up with everything you need and some unexpected plusses. Plenty of space in this well laid out two bedroom two bath unit with a loft area on the second floor. While we only took advantage of the walking paths with our dogs, the development has a lot to offer. Now the con. While the beds were king and queen size, the mattresses were lacking in comfort. King was stiff and noisy. When you rolled you heard the crackle of the mattress. Needs a 2-3" foam mattress topper to address the comfort, not sure what can be done about the noise. Wife ended up on couch. Assuming the same issues for queen.

Our stay was very relaxing. The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood. The townhome was very well stocked with supplies by the owner, Ann. It is very clean and well maintained. The deck was a relaxing way to begin each day. Ann was very responsive to communications, both email and text. We look forward to booking our next trip to the Upstate with Ann.

Wonderful stay
Keowee Key is an amazing community and this unit was perfect. We are building nearby and need places to stay until our home is done. The unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The community walking trails are a great work-out and my dog loved the dog park. I loved being in the end unit. It’s very quiet and there are deer grazing in the backyard. It overlooks a fairway and you can hear golfers and their balls, but it is very treed and you are uphill. We liked the unit so much that we rented it again to tie us over until our home is done.

We had a lovely time at Lake Keowee and found this townhouse in Keowee Key to be perfect for our needs. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials and the property owner was very informative and answered all communications quickly. We brought fur family and I loved how close by the grass area was for potty breaks. There were beautiful walking trails throughout the community, we were close to hiking and pickleball courts and of course the lake. Renting a kayak was both affordable and effortless! We will be back!

Peaceful and well equipped.
Located in very nice gated community, communication was excellent. Rental was well appointed with many extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Worked out great for us and our dogs loved it. Walking trails well manicured and shaded from the heat. Even though we didn’t use the other facilities at the complex, they looked very nice. Everyone we came across in the complex was extremely friendly.

Such a good weekend stay. Very close to the lake. Dollar general, subway and gas station less than 5 minutes away to get everything we needed for our day on the lake.
