This is the perfect spot from which to relax in privacy and style but enjoy a short stroll along Fore Street for shopping, boating and restaurants.

Take the lift or the stairs up from your private parking area and be wowed as you walk into the open plan living space. Step out onto the large balcony and drink in the unparalleled panoramic views of the coastline. From the Southpool creek, across to Smalls beach and Mill Bay, and then over the bar and out to sea. It doesn't get better than this, and it doesn't matter what the weather is – the views will always be intriguingly beautiful.
