"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"La ubicación y apartamento está bien. Limpieza mal. Tenia papelera del baño llena y zapatera con papeles. Llegue y no tenía agua después de llamar al propietario me respondió por wasa que tenía que buscar la llave de paso para abrirla. Nos dejo la llave en un bar y que se la dejara allí otra vez. Alquile de viernes a viernes y el lunes por la noche al llegar no teníamos luz. Comprobamos nosotros y era por avería de calentador electrónico de agua.
