"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riva Sea apartments. We went in May and it was so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The play area was wonderful for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 and we enjoyed lots of strolls to the beach close by. We also ate in the local area most nights, there aren’t that many but we still had fantastic meals every time. Giulio and Eliana were very helpful during our stay, both lovely people :) "

"Very clean and all is on place for ours facilities.. Kitchen, washing, conditioner air, parking, on the terrasse...? The best place.. Even sleeping night outside.. "The location was spectacular. As pictured, the apartment is just steps from the water. Listening to the waves crash outside our bedroom window allowed me to have the best sleep I've had in ages. There's a bench located just off the apartment property. People come there to sit and view the spectacular sunsets. I will say the sunset did not disappoint, they were amazing. "Our apartment was comfortable and clean and in the heart of Castellammare’s historic district. However, what really set the property apart was our host, Laura. She had a book full of suggestions on what to do, see and eat and she went above and beyond by providing us transfers to wherever we wanted to go. We highly recommend this property and host and will be returning for sure! "

"We had a lovely break at Milva's apartment. The flat was very clean and nice, the roof terrace made it special. The location was fantastic, in the center of the town close to the beach and restaurants. We didn't have a car so it was in a perfect place for everything we needed. Castellammare is a great place for a short holiday. Milva was very kind and also organized our collection and return by cab from the airport,it was very smooth and easy."

"My honest and fair review: We stayed in one of two basement apartments in February. Kitchen is nice, recently renovated. Terrace is huge with water views. Moisture: There’s only one heater in the house and it didn’t adequately heat or eliminate the humidity in the back end of the apartment where the bedrooms are. As a result, there was mold on the ceiling and wall of the bedroom. Even the bedding felt damp. I told the owner about the mold problem on our last day. As we were leaving he arrived...
