They didn’t provide me what I purchased on Hotels.com,which was Deluxe double bedroom with living. However, they gave me a regular room. After talking to the General Manager of the Hotel , he decided to upgrade me to a little bigger room but NOT the one I should receive the reason they said they were sold out to the one I should receive..
