"We really enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful location right on the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only complaint was the shower had hardly any pressure and it needed a good scrub. Everything else about the property was lovely. "

"This very friendly, simple and comfortable property couldn't be in a better location situated on the glorious Dahiriz, Salalah beach. We opted to have breakfast every morning for the four days that we stayed and it was really worthwhile. Fahad cooked and served and it was varied and delicious. Our room looked straight on to the beach where, if you are lucky, you will see dolphins swimming by. Would we return? Yes - in a heartbeat!"

"i was given a room i unpacked and tried to take a shower. No hot water. i phoned reception engineer arrived told me it was broken and to take a shower in the gym. I called reception again they charged the room i had to repack all my stuff. i moved rooms it had two showers. one no hot water one with hot water. the tap on the wash basin was loose and unable to be used. "The staff are exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. We had a problem with our original suite, so we were immediately offered an alternative suite and a complimentary buffet meal in the hotel restaurant. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and there was plenty of hot water. The food and shop outlets in the resort were very good. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY...

"I had previously stayed at the Intercity Muscat and was so impressed that I booked Intercity Salalah on my next trip. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in Central Salalah. Rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable although the bed was a little hard. It was nice to have a balcony but it was very small and not even a seat out there. Service here was absolutely impeccable. The staff cannot do enough for you. The pool is very small and very shallow. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast buffet was also a little disappointing but I don't think there were many guests staying there and having more choices would just lead to more waste. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was delightful to stay at. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."
