"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. "In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!"
