"I have was preaching a wedding the day I arrived. I didn’t get to use the facilities. My room was comfortable and clean, which is what I wanted. The hotel was an old historical stagecoach stop and was being updated. It was a pleasant stay."

it may have been timing, but finding decent good at 9 PM was challenging - the food scene in Salado is not thriving.... expect basic options. The town and town's residents were nice and friendly.
