"It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 , 1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view . 2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality "

When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager.
