"THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. Be careful whe booking through hotels.com!
"The hotel was great...hotels.com was not. They took my reservation when the hotel was already full so I arrived at 11 pm after an international flight to find out I had a reservation but no room! Thankfully the employees were understanding and extremely helpful. They not only called around to check for availability at other hotels but after that didn't work they started checking with guests with reservations that had not yet arrived and found someone who was not able to make it that night. Otherwise, I would not have had a room and would have had to search farther away to find another hotel. "
