"Hotel was very nice, service was good at reception and fantastic location. Some room noise due to city centre location furniture quality was just adequate and it wasnt possible to bring alcohol from the bar to the room, due to alcohol licensing."

"This hotel was amazing!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the street noise. We were in a King Suite room 101. Basically the 2nd floor, as their ground floor is 0. It sounded like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. Just ask to be facing the Titanic Museum, those were the quiet rooms. The property is like a museum itself! It truly is amazing and down to the details of having a Titanic tv channel. Loved it!!! Hotels.com listing says room service is available but for breakfast...

"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "
