"Property was in a convenient area with lots of restaurants in close proximity. Hotel itself is decent/sufficient but not top quality. Bathroom door is a 1/4” thick melamine panel. The shower is right next to the bed (shower and sink in the main room). While the door is mostly frosted, the mirror at the end of the bed gives everyone in the room a straight view into the shower; may or may not be an issue depending on if/who you’re sharing a room with. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and the staff were friendly. Apparently the NCP app for parking doesn’t work as its supposed to so you get your ticket in the lot like normal and then swap it with the hotel staff for a discounted one. "

"Staff tried hard to please... a couple of minor problems in room were quickly rectified. It is always difficult to compare with other 5 star hotels as the Fitzwilliam was the only hotel I have stayed at in Belfast but I could expect no more. Having said that, it lacked the polish of the Merrion in Dublin which was a truly exceptional experience."

"The property seemed like it was renovated fairly recently and was lovely. The reception staff was extremely accommodating. The location of the property is perfectly situated in the center of Belfast while being on a street that is not noisy. The room was small, but fully shocked with a comfortable bed, towels and luxurious soaps and shampoos. Love music in the lobby with a full restaurant and bar. ENJOY YOUR STAY!"
