Ground floor: entrance and private garage for two vehicles. 1st floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm with shower room / 2 twin single beds 90 x 200), shower room (shower), separate toilet and laundry room. Balcony-terrace of 10m². 2nd floor: living room-mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm with bathroom (bathtub) and dressing room / 4 single bunk beds 80 x 200cm), separate toilet. Sheets, beds made, household linen and towels included. Green Up socket for charging electric vehicles (charging charge required, see terms and conditions with the owners). Large furnished terrace with garden furniture and children's cabin in the annex in the garden. Old renovated barn located 24 km from the slopes, in a charming typical hamlet nestled in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Facing south-east, it overlooks a valley and the vineyards of Savoie. Peaceful environment with an exceptional setting of preserved meadows and forests. Very comfortable and warm, with a large balcony-terrace facing south.
