"Helene was a superb host. Her communication from booking to check in was excellent, and she came to welcome us at the start of our stay and farewell us at the end. The house is beautiful and even better than the pictures, with a fabulous view of the sea, the saltwater lido pool in the bay and the bouchon mussel farm round the bay. The living rooms are spacious, light, and you ah w great views from the front of the house and of course the balcony which runs across the whole front of the house....

"A l'arrivée dans le grand gite, nous avons noté un manque de principales choses qui auraient dû ne pas manquées, comme le produit vaisselle, les éponges, produits d'entretien , papier wc, tout ce que nous trouvons d'habitude dans une location,sinon tout le reste parfait et propre, les 3 jours: visites aux alentours , marche dans les sables mouvants(super) et marche dans les falaises du Cotentin (merveilleux , difficile un peu)"

"This property has it all: great location right near a cute village, a view of Mont St. Michel, 12 mins to the center of a lovely small city for good dining options and practicalities (Avranches), generally great amenities, wonderful heated pool. The host was super sweet and communicative. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the owner to invest in some portable fans as, with climate change, things can get quite warm even at night. This is a highly recommended property!"

The welcome gifts of wine, homemade jams, bread and a meal prepared by Donna was not expected but much appreciated. "Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."
