The historical town house made of stone enjoys a quiet location in the little village of Ravenoville, near St. Mère Eglise and Utah Beach.
The outdoor area comprises a fenced garden with a terrace and garden furniture, as well as a parasol, washing line and grill. You can park about 30 metres from the house on a public car park.
The terraced house of around 100m² from the year 1900 was renovated in 2008 and can accommodate eight people on three floors. The ground floor has a living room with a dining corner, a bar, a sofa and a TV, as well as an open kitchen and a veranda, where you can also sit comfortably. There is also a separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. There are wooden stairs from the kitchen up to the first floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and WC. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 x 190cm, while the second has two single beds measuring 90 x 190cm. The top floor has two further bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 140 x 190cm. All the rooms have heating, except the veranda. Wireless Internet access is available.
Families with children will enjoy the public playground only about 20 metres from the house, where you can also find a minigolf course, a tennis court and a boules area. The sandy beach at Ravenoville is only about 3km away. The nearest grocery shop and a little café are just 50 metres away. Visitors interested in history will enjoy it here, amidst the landing beaches, as well as those interested in culture: Mont Saint Michel is about an hour away, and from here you can also explore the whole coast (Barfleur, Nez de Jobourg, Saint Vaast etc.). There is also plenty for those who enjoy sports, with a range of water sports in Ravenoville and many hiking trails.
