Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui restent disponibles si besoin. Les prestations sont conformes a l'annonce. L'endroit est très calme avec une belle vue sur le golf. Logement près de la plage de la Nartelle.

charmante Villa
für uns war der Aufenthalt einfach schön: alles ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet vom Pool über den Garten bis zum Haus- besser geht es nicht-phantastischer Blick auf den Golfplatz! noch schöner wäre eine vollkommen funktionierende Gartenbeleuchtung gewesen.... wünschenswert wäre außerdem Moskitoschutz für die Schlafzimmerfenster, um evtl. bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen zu können leider erfuhren wir von der Reinigungsgebühr 150.- erst am Vortag unserer Abreise- um nach Ste.Maxime zu gelangen, muß man mit dem Auto fahren oder ca. 45 Minuten laufen alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Très belle et charmante Villa dans des alentours très calmes et propres. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres sont très jolies ainsi que l'intérieur qui est très beau. Bel endroit pour passer de très bons moments.

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cette villa, située au calme et équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Superbe piscine également, les enfants se sont bien amusés ! Hôtes très aimables et réactifs. A recommander !

Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving
De ligging van het huis is mooi met uitzicht op de golfbaan van Sainte Maxime. De woning was bij aankomst brandschoon en de woning is heel sfeervol ingericht. De keuken is compleet met een fijne grote ijskast met ijsblokjesmachine. Alle slaapkamers hebben airconditioning. De badkamers zijn prima en erg schoon. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en biedt met het terras een heerlijke plek om.te verblijven. Kortom, een tophuis. Zeker een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Schöner Urlaub.
Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos obwohl unser Französisch begrenzt ist, etwas englisch geht auch. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse auf dem Berg ca 4 km vom Hafen. Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil und alles eng aber machbar. Der Pool schön und sauber, im Sommer warm genug.Täglich genutzt.Ausreichend Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Grill und Sonnenschirm haben das beste hinter sich funktioniert aber noch. Der Rasen ist schön die Bepflanzung auch. Das Haus ist toll, schön eingerichtet, renoviert , allerdings mit vielen Treppen. Die Betten weich und gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert einwandfrei, ist auch im Sommer notwendig. Viele Ablageschränke. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, auch in der Sauberkeit.Am ersten Tag ging ein Gerät defekt und wir haben ein neues gekauft. Viele Teile in der Küche, alles an sich da jedoch teilweise sehr alt bzw. abgenutzt. Fernseher nie genutzt aber wohl nur französische Programme. Unser kleiner Hund war übrigens erlaubt. Wir würden das Haus wieder nehmen mit ein paar kleinen Modernisierungen wäre es Perfekt. Nette Vermieter.

Prix un peu excessif pour les prestations
Difficile d'accès de la rue à la porte d'entrée. Meubles et literie très modestes, la propreté moyen. Par contre, climatisation très appréciable dans les chambres. Jardin et piscine très agréable.
