"Les Oliviers du Rigaou" is a splendid villa located in the Jas neuf area in Sainte-Maxime.
You will particularly appreciate the panoramic sea view and the heated swimming pool.
The location is ideal (800 meters from the sea, 800 meters from the golf course and close to the city center).

Located at the top of the domain, you will benefit from the calm that the location provides.

A pretty covered terrace allows you to eat out of the sun while overlooking the sea while the pool terrace allows you to relax in the sun with the appropriate garden furniture.

A plancha is available to prepare your meals outdoors.

The dishes, the kitchen utensils and the garden furniture are new and suitable for 12 people.

The 160m² villa is made up of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 1 triple bunk bed + 1 convertible sofa in the living room, i.e. 11 beds), 3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath), a equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room.

One bedroom on the ground floor is air conditioned, the others are fitted with fans.

The beds are ready for your arrival. Towels are also provided.

Amazing pool and views !
Really appreciated the fact that the pool was nicely heated when we came in May. The kids spent their time in the pool. Kitchen is a bit old but we didn’t spent too much time there.

Das Haus bietet alles, was es für einen super entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Leider ging in der Nacht vor dem letzten Urlaubstag die Poolheizung nicht mehr, was für die Kinder etwas entäuschend war. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte besser sein können.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison de Perrine. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien agencés, on peut y vivre et y faire des activités différentes sans jamais se déranger. La vue est spectaculaire et ressourçante, on ne s'en lasse jamais. Très belle piscine qui a fait la joie de toute la famille. Une plancha super pratique, un ping pong, de nombreux transats, un salon extérieur et un coin repas ombragé, que demander de plus. Cuisine pratique, salon spacieux, 4 chambres dont 3 avec une vue superbe. Equipement bébé complet. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons été accueillies très chaleureusement par Sylvie qui nous a donné toutes les explications sur la maison. La vue est à couper le souffle, encore plus impressionnante que sur les photos. Schöne Villa mit Blick auf das Meer
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Antworten erhielten wir immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Bilder zeigen genau was man bekommt. Eine traumhafte Terrasse mit einem schönen Pool und wunderbarer Panoramasicht auf das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer sind sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein Schlafzimmer mit schönem Bad en Suite ist frisch renoviert und hat eine Klimaanlage. Die anderen Zimmer sind schon etwas älter, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Die Küche ist ebenfalls schon etwas älter hat aber alles was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Une vue magique !
Belle villa provençale avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Des propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles pour régler les menus problèmes de la location. Belle cuisine très bien équipée avec une grande terrasse à l’abri du soleil. Nécessite d’une voiture pour aller à la plage. Seul bémol, l’absence de climatisation, pourtant bien utile en période de canicule comme celle que nous avons connu début août 2018.
