Klein aber Fein
Schöne, sehr gut gelegene kleine Citywohnung. Die jedoch dringend eine Klimaanlage benötigte, da es im Sommer auch in der Nacht über 20Grad hat, bekommt man die Wärme nicht aus der Wohnung raus.

Innovatie nodig
Het is een mooi appartement in levendig Sainte-Maxime pal aan het strand. De plaats is heel gezellig met leuke winkeltjes en leuke strandtentjes. Als er airco in het appartement zat zou ik direct nog een keer komen. De beide appartementen naast ons hadden dat. Hierdoor was de luchtafvoer in het appartement niet optimaal, was benauwd en het 2-persoons bed is ook onhandig als iemand ‘s nachts naar de wc moet.

Attention ! Pour personne à mobilité réduite ou personne avec bébé a charge , avant d’arriver à l’ascenseur il y a 5 où 6 marches chose qui n’est pas très pratique quand la personne et seul à porté une poussette ou autre . A part sa appartement assez bien seul petit bémol il n’est pas bien isolé nous pouvons entendre les voisins . Sinon nous avons passer un bon week end , l’appartement a une belle vue où l’on peu y voir la mer le port ect.. Je recommande !!

Appartement fonctionnel, propre, une vue exceptionnelle, l emplacement proche du centre et de la plage est un atout indéniable, en prime une place de parking c est le top. Un grand merci aussi à l équipe interhome, qui font un super boulot, à l écoute et souriante…

splendido balcone vista mare
Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo con arredamento moderno. Ottimo il balcone, dove ci si può pranzare in tre, con vista mare laterale e sempre arieggiato. Posizione a 50 metri dalla spiaggia libera e grande oppure piccola e attrezzata, nel centro della cittadina. Peccato che nella zona ci sia solo un minimarket piuttosto caro. Per l'ipermercato bisogna prendere l'auto. Gli addetti dell'agenzia non parlano italiano ma sono disponibili. L'unico neo é il divano letto matrimoniale, scomodissimo!

Emplacement mer et centre
Bel appartement pour 2 personnes, proche mer et centre ... donc du bruit, manque la clim dommage... sinon au top pour l appartement. Une prise avec fils électrique apparents à 30cm de hauteur sortie du mur, deja signalé il y a 1 an, accident assuré si vous avez un enfant . Pour l accueil Interhome, 0 ... Il faut changer de métier pour la personne qui nous a reçu.

Au top
Appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Situé en centre ville avec une place de parking sécurisée réservée dans la résidence voisine à 50m. Beau balcon avec vue sur mer , plage et le port . Grande plage de sable en face de l’immeuble il y a juste la rue à traverser . Proche tout commerces bars et restaurants. Immeuble très calme . Seul le bruit de la rue peut gêner parfois ( c’est le prix à payer en centre ville ). Un rideau de douche serait souhaitable afin d’éviter une marre d’eau .

Ottima posizione, bella vista!!!
La casa è molto piccola e solo la parte giorno è abbastanza accogliente, il letto si trova in un angusto corridoio e il bagno è alquanto scarso. La casa però ha un bellissimo terrazzo e gode di una vista seppur laterale del mare che è davvero a due passi.
