The plus of this 35 m2 is that it is ideally located in the most dynamic seaside resort of the Gulf: Sainte Maxime. In absolute calm while being right in the heart of the old town, with a lovely sea view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez and beach access on foot! (300m).
You will enjoy everything on site: bakery, convenience stores, markets, restaurants, entertainment / shows offered by the city etc ...
Forget the car! garage or private parking reservation possible
The port opposite allows you to take the sea shuttles and arrive very quickly (without traffic or parking problems) in Saint Tropez, Saint Raphaël, Port Grimaud or to spend a day on the islands.

Süße Wohnung
Top Lage, direkt am Hafen Saint-Maxime. Zum Strand 5 Min. zu Fuß. Der Check in/Out und das Erreichen des gebuchten Parkplatz war Reibungslos, dank der guten Kommunikation vom Vermieter. Also der Aufenthalt hat großen Spass gemacht, sehr empfehlenswert. Weiter so!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen genau. Von der Größe her ist sie optimal für zwei Personen ausgelegt und super zentral, unmittelbar am Hafen sowie zum Zentrum gelegen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Studio idéalement placé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio, la location, l’ameublement, les équipements , le parking, tout est réuni pour que le locataire s’y sente bien. Seul point négatif pour les personnes ayant un véhicule électrique, le manque de prise électrique dans Sainte Maxime, il faut s’armer de patience et aller charger la nuit… merci aux propriétaires pour les échanges et leur accueil.

L'appartement est superbe: propre, décoré avec goût, calme, tout équipé et à proximité du port, de la plage et des commerces. Parfait pour des vacances sans stress. Les petites attentions sont très appréciables ( café, lessive, gel douche, linge de maison....). Le propriétaire est disponible et organisé tout en restant discret! Bravo!

Prime Location
Place is in a prime location. Walking distance to everything you need. Shops, restaurants, night life and even walk across the street to the ferry to St. Tropez. The place was small but perfectly comfortable for two. The bed was a little uncomfortable but if you do not have bad back issues as I do then you should be fine.

Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Grazie mille! Molto pulito, grazioso, centrale e vicino alla spiaggia. L’unica pecca, il soppalchino non era identico alla descrizione ma molto più basso (adatto a bambini o adulti molto in forma 😉). Per noi è andato bene comunque. Consiglieremo il posto! Très bon séjour
Tout à été très simple avec Didier: la communication (délai et détail), l'arrivé et le départ. L'appartement qui est presque neuf correspond à la description, à part la mezzanine. Pas possible de dormir en haut car l’ hauteur ne permet pas d'être assis dans le lit et l'échelle n'est pas pour les personnes plus que 30ans! Autrement, nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances et remercions encore une fois Didier pour sa disponibilité. MERCI

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer top Ausstattung in zentraler Lage. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strand, alles sehr schnell und gut ereichbar. Für Ausflüge in die Region sehr zentral. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gut war die Möglichkeit, eine Garage zu mieten. Schade, dass das Apartment keinen Balkon hat.

Avons passés de très bonnes vacances Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du centre de ste maxime, de ces animations et de sa plage. Il est très propre ,fonctionnel, bien isolé (pas de bruit) et climatisé . Le propriétaire est de bons conseils et accueillant. Je recommande cet appartement .

Belle location à Ste Maxime dans le Var
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement à la propreté irréprochable tout comme l'immeuble dans lequel il se trouve. Le box pour la voiture est dans un endroit très sécurisé. L'appartement se trouve dans Ste Maxime et la proximité des commerces et de la plage permet de tout faire à pied. Le port qui est proche également permet de faire des belles excursions. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location de grande qualité.

Appartement agréable ,bien agencé et bien situé. Propriétaire qui ne fait pas d’etat des lieux
Appartement agréable, très propre ,bien agencé et bien situé. À l’entrée, nous faisons confiance au propriétaire au demeurant très accueillant. Il nous fait faire le tour de l’appartement sans état des lieux à proprement parlé. Nous rendons comme il se doit un appartement propre. Nous attendons le propriétaire pour 10 h comme indiqué sur le contrat. Il arrive en retard et fait un état des lieux dans les moindres détails: ouverture du convertible, retrait de l’alèze , matelas retourné, vérification du sommier. Tous les tiroirs et placards sont inspectés à la loupe. Le propriétaire se contorsionne dans tous les sens sur le plan de travail à la recherche de rayures... Le chèque de caution nous sera retourné (en photo déchiré) avec un message fort désagréable quant à un minuscule éclat sur une paroi d ‘un meuble de cuisine (Ikéa). Éclat millimétrique que nous avions constaté mais pas jugé opportun de signaler. En conclusion , vous devez faire confiance à Monsieur, mais dites vous bien qu’il n’ a aucune confiance en ses locataires. Le paiement se fait pour une partie par virement et le reste en espèces sonnantes et trébuchantes. C’ est dommage et l’attitude du propriétaire nous a profondément déçu. Pour information nous étions deux adultes sans enfant.

Een prima locatie voor een bezoek aan Ste Maxime, direct in het centrum
Keurig ingericht appartement met 4 slaapplaatsen, badkamer en komplete keuken. Direct in het centrum gelegen en vlak bij de haven. De zon en zee doen de rest. Ste Maxime is een leuk mediteraan stadje met een overvloed aan restaurants en winkels, leuke standtenten waar ook ligbedden kunnen worden gehuurd. Een aanrader!

Séjour très agréable !!
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Sainte-Maxime et cet appartement y participe grandement, très propre, bien équipé on s'y sent comme à la maison ! Proche des commerces, plages et du port, on profite même d'une jolie vue sur la mer. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible ! Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique, propriétaire très jovial et disponible. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de gout, on ne manque de rien ! On s'y sent immédiatement comme chez nous. A proximité de tout, très calme et jolie vue sur mer ! Nos vacances ont été merveilleuses et ce superbe cocon y a grandement contribué. Confortable et bien situé
Un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui prend grand soin de cet appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal, dans le centre historique, à deux pas des départs en bateau pour visiter le golfe où se rendre à st Tropez. La plage est à 5minutes à pieds et on voit même la mer depuis la fenêtre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
