"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"We picked this house for a family reunion and to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. We couldn't have chosen anything better. The house itself is lovely with 5 good bedrooms, a spacious dining room and plenty of outside seating on the terrace. The best feature though is the garden, secure for kids and the family dog and absolutely massive. As per description the kitchen is small, but in combination with the conservatory it worked fine. Hopefully we can return at some point in the future."

"Our experience at Daniele and Pascal’s house in Thannenkirch was a 5-star experience. Daniele and Pascal were charming, generous, friendly, and helpful which, of course, helped make our stay a memorable one. The house itself is a gem and we didn’t lack for anything. It’s close to most areas of interest in the Grand-Est and the beauty of the region filled our hearts. We can’t say enough about our 3 weeks at La Randonnee – highly, highly recommend it. "Wir hatten in Thannenkirch einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Unsere zwei Hunden waren sehr willkommen. Elle comporte beaucoup de chambres et salles de bains, qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. L’espace salon est très cosy, la salle à manger est grande et la cuisine bien équipée. Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."

"8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"

"We came for Pfifferdaj, wine festival and parade on 3 Sep 2023. Ten of us stayed at this place. It was awesome. Each of the six rooms has its own bathroom and AC. Modern appliances and large seating area. Only a ten minute walk to the city center. Claire is awesome too. She was in the parade, but took the time to greet us on Friday 1 Sep. On site parking spaces for 4 cars. We did not need our cars since everything was so close."

Les photos du site trompent un peu au niveau des dimensions mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Seul bémol, la poussière sur les surfaces et les toiles au plafond entre les poutres... tout le reste était propre (vaisselles, salle de bain, sols des chambres).Malgré ce désagrément, nous avons passé un très beau séjour."

"Cadre splendide, accueil, parfait, Zéro vis-à-vis un dépaysement total en pleine nature Concernant le logement tout est bien pensé, nous étions deux couples, un bébé, deux enfants de quatre ans et un de trois ans, chaise haute à disposition, lit, parapluie, draps, serviette, etc. Isolation parfaite aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Je recommande ce lieu à 100 % et j’y retournerai prochainement. Merci à Monsieur Gross pour son accueil."
