"We loved the chalet and Rawdon area, absolutely breath-taking!! Even in the chilly winter we never felt cold, (even in the bathroom ). Heaters in each room so you can adjust. The tub was a bit small for a good long soak. The woodstove was nice to use as well, but definitely wasn't needed for heat, ..."

Everything would be good if front desk people were knowledgeable and Not Rude. They need to send access instruction on time and not by us called them repeatedly.
