"We had a lovely stay at Maison de Campagne. Jerome and Veronique met us on arrival and were lovely hosts. "There were 6 of us staying at the property and the set up was terrific. Beds, bathrooms and living areas all comfortable and well fitted out. Nicely decorated and quite funky. Back yard garden and eating area also great. Short car run into Bayeaux or about30 min walk. Friendly owner easy to communicate with and helpful. Lives next door. All in all a great spot and would recommend. Makes a great base for visiting all the D Day sites. Thank you Emmanuelle."

"A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. "A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot. "We loved our stay in Luc sur Mer, especially being greeted by the peacocks! The house was great and had everything we needed. It even had 3 WC’s when we thought it only had two. The location is perfect for day trips to all of the D-Day beaches as well as Mont St. Michel. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
