When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance. "

Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."
