"Wonderful hosts made us welcome and able to give lots of information about the area. Delicious breakfast, swimming pool and donkeys! The bedroom was comfortable with lovely views to the donkey enclosure. Clean, modern bathroom with small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning not effective unfortunately and outside cooking facilities require updating - lacking basic utensils and cleaning equipment- not a problem for a short stay but may be an issue for longer stays."

"Our room was in amongst renovated farm buildings, rustic on the outside but nice and well appointed inside. There was a pool. It was set in wooded hills a few miles from Sarlat. Peaceful and beautiful. The reception and restaurant were in a seperate building a couple of kilometers away. Access was by a one way system of narrow roads. The setup was unusual but enjoyable. We ate outdoors every evening and the cuisine was great. We would go again if visiting this area."

It’s a relatively new house with a few guest rooms, a self catering unit in the lower ground ( for 6 people), a lovely terrace for breakfast, several outdoor seating areas (in the sun and shade) for lounging and eating, and a swimming pool that my girls enjoyed swimming & cooling off in.
