"Wonderful cottage-like accommodations. The host and owner was incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. The host served a lovely breakfast in the communal kitchen. No air conditioning. "

"Self-service entry into the building. Entry instructions were comprehensive. Comfy bed but the pillows left something to be desired. Having said that, if you make them too nice, then they can go walkabout. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day."

"A wonderful tranquil place to stay. The location, house, room and gardens were so lovely. Our hostess was very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. Definitely would stay again. One minor niggle was that only tea, coffee and milk were provided in the room on the first night. Normally these would be replenished each day, so we had to go without drinks on our 2nd night. "

"Andre and Nicholas are amazing hosts, the room(s) - we stayed on two occasions, on our way to our friends and on the way back- are exquisitely furnished, excellent facilities, superb breakfasts and just a truly amazing place to be. Slightly off the beaten track which is a benefit in itself, so quiet and amazing stars at night. Andre booked us a table at a local restaurant and that was excellent as well. Absolutely no hesitation in saying it was one of the best overnight stays we have ever had...

"We arrived at 4pm and were a bit surprised to be told our room wasn't ready. The host soon sorted this out, but we felt the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The room we had was very spacious with two queen beds which were very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was fresh and plentiful. The location was close to a major road junction, ideal for motorists looking for an overnight stop. The rooms were effectively double glazed so noise wasn't a problem."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."
