He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."

"Bernard and Christiane were amazing hosts. There was a language barrier that we quickly and easily overcame using google translate and gestures. We shared a lovely evening with them indulging in snacks and wine. The house was very clean and well stocked, the pool and hot tub were great additions aswell! A small city ‘Albi’ is a 15min drive away, Toulouse is just under an hour drive.This is a great place if you’re looking for a calm getaway surrounded by nature, there are many animals nearby and sounds of nature all day. 10/10. "Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"
