"I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. "A seulement 2H de Bordeaux, nous avons séjourné à 15 dans un endroit très bien equipe, avec du cachet. Piscine spa, billard, baby foot, pétanque, Ping pong.. tout était là pour passer de supers moments entre amis. Jean - Marc le propriétaire fait partie de la magie de ce lieu. "Was surprised how close the hotel from train staion. It was a 2 minute walk across. So convenient for transportation approaching taxi for a ride to the Grotto."

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"Nice brand new hotel , modern. Secure parking. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast was fine more warm food would have been better. Dog friendly yes but why not post the extra fee on the site ?"

"The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"

"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "
