House fully equipped to receive up to 6 people and located near the most beautiful beaches of the south of the island.

The beaches of Pointe-Marin (Club Med) and the Tonnoir (Center of Sainte-Anne), the city center of Saint-Anne, its shops and its market are within walking distance in 15 minutes, 2 minutes by car.

The other beaches in the area are all located a few minutes drive from the villa: Salines (5 min), Anse Caritan (5 min), Anse Meunier (5min), Anse Trabaud (5 min), Anse Michel (10 Min) , Cape Macré (15Min).

Covered terrace with teak table and chairs, outdoor seating area overlooking a small fully fenced garden with barbecue.

It includes a living room, a kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave, chopper, coffee maker, toaster, 4 ceramic hob, oven and fridge / freezer and all necessary utensils.
A first air-conditioned room on the ground floor with double bed 160x200, a second air-conditioned bedroom upstairs with a double bed 140X190 and a single bed 90X190. All beds are also equipped with mosquito nets.
The little ones are not forgotten with a cot and a high chair.

You also have a living room equipped with a flat screen TV, the box wifi and an extra bed in sofa bed and finally a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, and a w . c separated.

Board games, maps as well as a guide of discoveries, tourism, excursions are at your disposal.

Bed linen is provided as well as towels.

The rental is non-smoking (except in the garden) and pets are not allowed.

The rental has a private parking space, other places available in the residence.
