A pretty Creole villa, prettily furnished and decorated, air-conditioned throughout and very well maintained. The property unites the charm of the villas of old with the comforts of today. The inside is furnished with Creole and antique pieces. The open plan kitchen is modern and fully fitted. Outside a gazebo extends the veranda. Here you can enjoy fresh air, sun and the breeze. The villa is near one of the south's most beautiful beaches as well as Marin pleasure harbour (largest nautical base in the Caribbean with lots to offer: sea fishing, glass bottom boat and restaurants). There are lots of other activities available near the villa such as water sports, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. After these activities you can return with friends and family to the welcoming and peaceful old Creole house, surrounded by trees and flowers.

Le logement est très pratique, climatisation, deux belles chambres, cuisine très bien équipée, et une douche extérieure, sans parler du petit kiosque pour déjeuner ! Cour privative avec portail, le véhicule est stationné en toute sécurité, et l'endroit est très calme ! Je recommande

La maison de Thierry est très bien située à 10 minutes en voiture de la superbe plage des Salines et à 5 minutes des commerces alimentaires du Marin Au calme absolu, dans un écrin de verdure, repas sur la terrasse abritée du soleil et des averses, douche extérieure, climatisation et moustiquaire bienvenues dans les chambres Allez y sans hésiter Thierry est un gîte charmant

Nous avons réservé 2 semaines cette maison. Points positifs: - bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur (clim, accessoires cuisine, 2 sanitaires, bonne literie, wifi...) qu'à l'extérieur (terrasse couverte, cuisine d'été avec barbecue, beau jardin, douche extérieure, kiosque....) -au calme -proches des belles plages du sud -proches des commodités -espaces largement suffisant pour une famille Points négatifs: - pour nous, pas de point négatif Encore merci à Thierry pour la qualité de son accueil et sa sympathie. A revenir en Martinique, nous reviendrons chez lui.

Habitation non loin des plages et des commerces mais nécessitant une voiture, maison agréable dans un joli jardin mais hélas grillé du barbecue à jeter. Je recommande cette location qui aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement.

Superbe semaine dans cette jolie case traditionnelle bleue , tout le confort nécessaire (clim, moustiquaires entre autres), le paradis avec la douche extérieure sous les feuilles de bananier… elle me manque déjà!!!!! Beau jardin très fleuri et bien entretenu, petit déjeuner avce les oiseaux , quel bonheur de commencer sa journée ainsi … Localisation parfaite pour découvrir sainte Anne et les plages du sud (anse trabaud, les salines, anse Meunier … sublimes!) Communication parfaite et rapide avec les propriétaires… à louer les yeux fermés! Juste envie d’y retourner …

Très agréable séjour dans cette propriété de type Créole, jardin superbe avec des fleurs un peu partout qui attirent beaucoup d'oiseaux (dont des colibris !). Climatisation efficace et appréciable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud de l'île et profiter de ses nombreuses plages paradisiaques. Belles randonnées à proximité. A conseiller.

Très belle maison
Maison très bien située proches des plus belles plages de l Île. Le jardin est très agréable avec plusieurs terrasses l intérieur à tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Petit plus douche extérieure très agréable après le retour de la plage. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur cadeaux de bienvenue.

Pas au niveau
Maison non sécurisée pour un séjour avec enfant en bas âge : pas de rambarde autour du kiosque qui est en hauteur, trappe au sol bouchée par du carrelage non nivelé, non scellé, bouteilles de gaz stockées le long de la maison alors qu'il y a un abris de jardin. L'entretien de la maison laisse à désirer, nombreux cafards dans les placards de la cuisine. Manque de confort et d'accessoire : pas de matelas sur les transats en bois, pas de set de table, plafonniers non lavés remplis d'insectes morts. Le propriétaire nous prévient à 19h de sa venue sur la propriété le lendemain à 8h pour une intervention qui ne relève pas d'une urgence et qui donc n'est pas prévue au contrat. Seul l'emplacement de la maison est appréciable.

Lovely stay in great area
We loved our stay at Thierry’s. It was a short drive to the best beaches we visited in Martinique and close to some cute villages and restaurants. We particularly liked Resto Medinina Breizh. The garden at Thierry’s is lovely and very pleasant to sit and eat in. The beds were comfortable with mosquito nets and the shower is always hot. It is well equipped for home cooking. We wholeheartedly recommend!

Habitation très agréable et fonctionnelle dans un écrin de verdure très reposant. Placée à 10 minutes de la Grande Anse des Salines et des nombreux commerces du Marin (supermarchés etc) Bien équipée. Photos du site tout à fait réalistes. Très grande gentillesse du propriétaire ! Une belle adresse pour rester dans le sud.
