Located between the charming villages of Ste Adèle and Val-David, there is no shortage of activities both in winter (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the door, downhill skiing 7 min away, skating, sliding, etc.) and in summer (swimming, hiking hiking, biking, mountain biking, climbing, beach at Lac Rond in Sainte-Adèle, golf (10 min.), canoeing, horseback riding, etc. and, at all times, the Pine cinema with the most popular films of the hour in addition to a wide choice of restaurants and bars in the area.
-A 10 km hiking trail from the chalet.
-Travel on the wild and protected wetland lake close by (3-4 minutes walk). Note that the lake is not swimmable because too muddy on the banks and too much seaweed grows in the deeper areas. Moreover, its level fluctuates according to the season's rainfall. On the other hand, this lake is very pleasant to contemplate because of its vegetation and its avian and aquatic fauna.
-You can go swimming at the beach of Lac Rond Sainte-Adèle 12 minutes away by car.
-Chlorine free heated pool in summer only and spa available year round.
If you need to stop for shopping before arriving at the chalet, it is best to take exit 67 off the Laurentian Autoroute (Sainte-Adèle), which is before arriving at the chalet. Once at the chalet, the distance is equal to do your shopping in Val-David or Sainte-Adèle but note that there is no SAQ in Val-David.
There are eleven steps to climb to get to the main entrance. There is a staircase inside to get to the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor.
The chalet is unfortunately not suitable for people in wheelchairs.

WINTER WARNING
During the winter season: good winter tires are advised.
Complete bedding is provided as well as towels for the showers.
The kitchen is very well equipped. (You will find, among other things, a Keurig coffee machine, fondue equipment (electric), a raclette stove in addition to all the usual accessories in the kitchen. In general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc.)
There is a 42'' HD smart TV (Netflix, youtube, etc) but no conventional cable and a cd/dvd player. Wi-Fi access (unlimited). There is also a washer/dryer, a BBQ that can be used year-round (propane provided) and a dishwasher at your disposal.

The owner, Simon Pierre Lacerte won the prize for the "best cheese fondue" in Canada and offers to make it to the tenants for a price per person.

Absolutely non-smoking in the chalet and on the balconies.
Animals: Note that small dogs may be accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. Fees of $75 per dog may apply (2 dogs maximum). Details in the chalet booking form.
The chalet being on the mountainside, access stairs are to be crossed (11 steps).
