Best of all is the incredible view from the balcony where we ate everyday. The area is stunning and only 5 mins drive to the beach at Saint Martin. "A fantastic property!! The house was well equipped, well presented and very clean. The property felt very private with it’s own excellent pool and driveway. Phillipe, the owner, lives behind the house and we thought he was brilliant! Helpful, friendly, informative but in no way intrusive. The house is perfectly situated. "This home is in the perfect location, is spacious and beautiful and has so much charm and character. The kitchen is well appointed, the rooms are large, multiple patios and space for everyone. We loved exploring Chateauneuf-du-Pape and the surrounding towns from this home base, it was always lovely to come home to, and we walked to dinner every night. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors.
