Charming seaside housebungalow 80m2, situated in very pleasant and quiet location.
Ideal for couple or family with 2-3 children. Includes pretty south-west facing 400m2 garden (fenced) with mature shady trees and flowering shrubbs. Possibly to park car in garden.
The house is just 20 meters from a small beach, however all beaches in the south of the island are within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes on bicycle: including the bay of Gatseau, the savage coast and the Maumusson spit, the " Grande Plage" a beach that is 12 kilometers long by 300 meters wide.
A wide variety of local activities can be enjoyed : walking and horse riding in the national park forest reserve, Yacht club, tennis club, fishing, Spa and extensive cycle tours.
Local Farmers market ( open every day) and all shopsammennities are located less than 500 meters from the house.

Très bon séjour !
Très jolie maison de plein pied avec de beaux espaces et un très chouette jardin entièrement clos qui est très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. La localisation est parfaite ! Possibilité de tout faire à pied ou en vélo. Seul petit bémol est l'humidité dans la maison à cette époque de l'année, mais avec un petit coup chauffage on retrouve une atmosphère très agréable. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances en famille !!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ab dem ersten Tag fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies und wahrt die Privatsphäre. Der Standort ist perfekt um die Sonnenaufgänge zu genießen. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto erreicht man die herrlichen Strände der Insel. Die Vermieter waren super sympathisch, sehr hilfsbereit und gaben uns sehr gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect stay
We really enjoyed our stay in this house with the beautiful garden. It is perfect for holidays with kids and situated very well. You can easily reach different beaches perfect for surfing or also swimming with kids. Pascal was very helpful and communication fast!

Beautiful quiet, shaded garden only 30 metres from the sea. Only a short walk into St. Trojan les Bains which has a nice variety of restaurants and amenities. A perfect place to explore the island.

Villa très agréable vraiment à 2 pas de la promenade de Saint-Trojan. Rue somme toute assez calme (mais nous étions hors Saison). Équipement de la maison plus que satisfaisant. Seul bémol, l'absence de wifi, mais nous étions prévenus (C'est mentionné sur l'annonce) donc pas de souci. Excellent accueil de la part du gérant (le propriétaire étant absent). Bref, recommandé!

Superbe et grande maison blottie au cœur d'un jardin fleuri à quelques pas seulement de la plage de Saint-Trojan-les-bains. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce coin de paradis!

Jolie petite maison de vacances en bord de mer, avec de jolies toiles de la propriétaire en décoration. Un peu humide (probablement dû au climat), mais globalement plutôt bien équipée. Bien situé car juste à côté de la promenade en front de mer et à 10min à pied du centre. Joli petit jardin.

Maison pleine de charme, décorée avec goût (peintures, sculptures & coquillages :-)) et située dans un quartier très tranquille à 2 pas de la mer. Le jardin est mignon aussi (balançoire pour les enfants). Pas mal de moustiques par contre, donc prévoir le nécessaire. Bref, on recommande !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa eglade...
Hôte très accueillant maison spacieuse avec une belle lumière deco très sympa et le jardin très vert et très calme permettant de manger sous le figuier le tout juste à côté de la petite plage gîte ou nous aimerions retourner sans problème
