"Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. "

"This is an excellent value-for-money option in a quiet location while still on the main road. It is clean and well-maintained. However, to get around this neighbourhood, you need to rent a car or take the bus, as it is not walkable to the main commercial area."

"We have stayed here twice, now. Both the one and two bedroom and have loved it both times. Clean, great location, wonderful view from balcony room! "

"We LOVED our stay at the beautiful Coffee & Cream Cottage. A lovely home away from home. The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings in the common areas made for a pleasant stay. The property owner was very kind, warm, and provided excellent communication. "We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. "

"The apartment was clean and very tastefully designed. The grounds were well kept. SUV is required to get to the location. The entrance to the apartment was steep and was not an issue for my family. The internet was intermittent. Overall I would stay here again. The hosts were delightful. "

"We chose to stay off property for a recent conference. Being only the second time to use Vrbo I was a little skeptical. Especially with traveling outside the country. But our experience with Nigel and Seana was exceptional. The communication even before we left the US was immediate and extremely helpful. "The hotel is in a very great location. Best tolits of restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The room was very clean and our towels were changed every day. The grocery on the compound was ideal and convenient. The lobby needs a makeover, it's the first impression you get of the hotel, and it's is just drab. The buildings on the property iss a bit dated and could also do with a face lift. Overall our stay was great, staff very helpful and friendly."

"This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast). The pool, while short, has a spectacular view and is a lovely place to sunbathe. On balance, I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Beautiful location, nice smaller hotel. Front staff all kind and helpful. Restaurant is a little expensive with smaller portions and servers seemed a little disenchanted. Location is 5mins from the airport but a 10-15min drive to the port and 15min drive to Frigate Bay so not walkable to anywhere but you can hire the hotel transport for a very reasonable price and excellent drivers. Would definitely recommend - overall excellent value for a good price. "
