"Pluses: location, friendly neighbours, great spa and shower. Minuses: no WiFi or internet, no upstairs toilet. Enjoyed watching the stars in this peaceful location. Yannick was a very pleasant host and freely admitted that he spoke no English. Fortunately I speak French. Would we return? Undoubtedly."

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but...

"A really lovely gite in a lovely village, with a convenient garden attached with table, chairs and sun loungers in the afternoon shade. Gite conversion was fine, though some of the equipment was idiosyncratic, with microwave/grill but no oven. Only a two burner hob and unnecessary dishwasher (for 2 people?). 3 steak knives but no butter knives. The dining/living room cupboards were ancient and two of the doors fell off while we were there. "We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, very well equipped and with a great view across to the village. It also has a fantastic pool but unfortunately the weather was poor so only used it a couple of times. It's on the edge of a pretty village with 2 restaurants and a shop. "From start to finish our experience of this beautiful cottage has been second to none, from the warm welcome we received, the fantastic location, the scenery and of course the pool. Although shared with the owners, it was excellent, cleaned daily and always inviting, especially as the weather was so hot. A very peaceful and tranquil place, we especially enjoyed watching the stars at night. We would definitely recommend a stay at this location. The pictures do not do this place justice. 5 Stars...

The exterior and surrounding grounds of the house were enchanting. Each time we went away for a day to do some sight-seeing - on our return, seeing the house always made us smile.
