"The Hotel Tadoussac is a beautiful historic hotel that takes you back in time when families went to mountain resorts for family time. The lobby and guest area is large with a beautiful fireplace. We saw families playing games together and a puzzle to be worked on at the tables provided. Comfortable couches and chairs to relax and visit in with a beautiful view of the St Lawrence River. "The absolute kindest people work here. We had a two bedroom Chalet for the night and it was warm and cozy with a fireplace, full kitchen, and lots of towels. It was snowing when we arrived and they plowed the chalet's driveway when we checked in! Great experience."

"As it was off season the property was dark on arrival. I had trouble getting the lockbox open in the bitter cold. The place was really comfortable and spacious with all things supplied. However the sink in the bathroom was barely draining so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. I called the number on the billboard outside to get the matter fixed but the response was in French only and spoken too quickly to copy down the email provided for contact. I know some French but not enough...

"Had a kitchenette set-up in our "Loft' room that supported a good cooked breakfast. Sofa bed was comfortable! Relaxing, comfortable bath tub. Plenty of parking in the lot behind. Close enough drive to Tadoussac but not much to see/do within walking distance. "
