"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"A charming characterful house with amazing outdoor facilities. We had a fabulous fortnight. The house is big with plenty of space for our 3 family groups, and has a fantastic covered veranda to keep out of the midday sun. We especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, hot tub, table tennis and volleyball net. Laura is a friendly host, on hand if you need her. Would 100% recommend."

"We were given a warm friendly welcome from owner Nicolas who showed us around his lovely homely farmhouse. "The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. "My wife and I spent a fantastic, relaxing 10 days in St Fort sur Gironde. We rented a very well equipped and comfortable 2-bedroom cottage with a private heated pool. As well as finding the gite all we wanted, the village and locality were wonderful too. We were also fortunate to enjoy sunny, warm weather for most of the time we stayed so we were able to swim and sunbathe almost every day."

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "
