"We had a wonderful stay in this flat. The checkin was easy and some hours before usual arrival possible. Our host got us a office chair and we had a warm welcome with some stuff in the fridge. The apartment is fully equipped. With a dishwasher and a washing machine it would be perfect. WiFi works well, the rain shower is awesome. You can sit nicely on the balcony. Yeah, it's top floor and gets warm in the summer, that's a fact. The air condition is working fine. Communication in French worked...

La piscine privée de la copropriété (5 locations) a été conçue par le propriétaire et permet de se rafraichir avec les différents niveaux (assis, debout). Transat dispos. "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...

"One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
