Elle est adaptee vraiment que pour dormir ( car elle ne dispose que de 2 toutes petites fenêtres en s accroupissant pour voir dehors) Il vaut mieux prevoir des boules Quies car le chauffage est une clim reversible et donc bruyant ( dommage que le seche serviette ne fonctionne pas) Le petit dejeuner est varié et avec des produits de qualité L environnement est bucolique "

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

"Très bon accueil mais mauvais entretien du matériel, on ne voyait rien a travers les vitres de la tente , il y avait des cadavres d'insectes partout, de grosses aureoles sur le canapé et des poils dans le lit , nous avions réservés deux jours mais avons dû partir au bout de 4h car notre fils a fait une crise d'asthme dû a la poussière. Et surtout un petit déjeuner extraordinaire, copieux et délicieux, confitures, yaourts et pâtisseries maison, assiette de charcuterie pour les amateurs de salé, fruits frais… De plus, on peut même visiter l’église attenante au presbytère, du XIII ème siècle et très bien conservée. "We stayed here for four nights to explore Carcassonne and environment. Montolieu is a charming artsy village with lovely bookshops and little streets. The place we rented was the first floor of the house with the owners living downstairs. They were extremely friendly people and really going the extra mile to make your stay most comfortable. The amenities in and outside of the house are plentiful: bowling alley, pool ( not heated though), outside kitchen .... certainly recommend this place to...

"We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."
