"Perfect location for visiting Saint Mont Michel. Very friendly host. The outdoor space was beautiful. The 3 bedroom home accommodated is well but scheduling the one shower was very important. No internet…but cell service was good and we were on vacation so didn’t mind. Closest market and restaurants were 15 minutes. We would recommend."

"Very comfortable chalet, well decorated and with all modern conveniences. Fantastic location for exploring west side of Normandy and beyond. Great for beach and cycling (4 bikes provided). Lots of local towns with good markets on different days (local one is on Sunday). Thoroughly enjoyed our week!"

"Le logement était moyennement propre. En effet, la chambre du rez de chaussée était très humide avec des moisissures sur le mur à la tête du lit. Par contre, les deux autres chambres du haut étaient spacieuses et propres. Pour l'équipement de la cuisine, j'aurai aimé avoir une pelle et balayette et une cuillère en bois. Et les escaliers étaient très dangereux."

"The gite was lovely. It was quiet and we rested well. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and clean. We just found the location to far to walk to any bars shop for us as we are older but for people wanting to go on long walks it would be great."

"The house was immaculate, I’d say recently renovated for style - not comfort. The house was cold, tiled floors downstairs, wood upstairs. There were no rugs, heating was electric radiators. There was one sectional sofa, seating no more than three people. The beds were okay (not made up for us) but the bedding was not pleasant. Above all there was no Wi-Fi, in this day and age! "We loved every minute. What a awesome cottage. Spacious, top level equipment and great furniture. Amazing huge garden for the dog, entirely fenced. Furthermore some seriously good restaurants and bars easy to reach. A fantastic beach around the corner. As well we could use the home base to make half day or day trips in all different directions (Mont Saint Michel, Utah&Omaha Beach, Phare des Groins,…) or visit local little Gems like Chateau Pirou and many others) or all the beautiful villages...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, 14 Tage im August in der Nähe toller Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Mont St. Michel und Granville. Märkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und bietet einen entfernten Blick aufs Meer. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und hat einen separaten Eingang. Geschützter Parkplatz. "This stone house, working water mill, and lush property oozes beauty and charm and is saturated with history. The house is half-museum, showing parts built in the 13c, the inner workings of the mill dating from the French Revolution, and evidence of its role in WWII as well.
