"Self check-in was seamless, free self public parking (3 mins walk) was very convenient and the location is in walking distance of all bars, restaurants and shops. Its location is above an Irish bar, so music and patrons can be heard until closing around 12:30pm but we only stayed one night (Friday) so it was expected but didn’t ruin our stay at all. Friendly staff and definitely recommend for a short stay."

"Quite village, only 1 dining option but my goodness it was Michelin star level! The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. WiFi was very poor in our room, and the toilet leaked when you flushed it unfortunately but that’s our only issues. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the pool looked lovely. Definitely recommend to stay again! "

"What can I say... The location was fabulous, the accommodation was wonderful and most of all Valere was the perfect host - so friendly and helpful! He has paid so much attention to detail which results in his guests having the perfect stay. "An absolutely perfect stay, Chateau du Martinet is exactly the place for which we had hoped: a gorgeous rustic building, charming grounds, and a friendly team of people that went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. The hotel is pet friendly, and two very friendly little dogs greeted us upon our arrival. The driveway is a bit oblique to the main road and we missed it the first time by. But that is no problem because it is worth the drive. I look forward to staying here again. ...

"This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"This property is very comfortable and has all the conveniences you would need . Well equipped . I have to say we did not find it walkable to the village of Gordes and we do a lot of walking. Its not far but it requires walking on the road close to traffic with lots of blind curves and fast drivers. Its a short drive but be aware that it costs 8eu every time you park there. The best places to park are the several parking lots at the top of the hill in the village."
