house completely renovated in an old cellar facing the vineyards, 15 minutes from the Beauval zoo including:
- on the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave), 1 linen room (washing machine), 1 WC, 1 living room (convertible sofa) and dining room with TV
- upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with pull-out beds (2x80), 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
1 terrace of + 40 m2 with garden furniture and relax.
Hangar available for carport.
BBQ.
Bed linen, towels are provided from 3 consecutive nights.

Excellent Gite among the vines
Nous sommes restés ice pendant presque deux semaines. Le Gite trés confortable et bien equipé. Nous avons apprecié le calme du gîte et aussi explorer la region. les chateaux,les eglisés,etc.Le vin á Domaine du Chapitre est, deux minutes Excellent! .La piscine á St Aignan aussi trés bien avec deux piscines chauffées. Nous aimerons revenir á l'avenir. Merci Marie Nöelle et Mama. We stayed at the gate for nearly two weeks. The site is very well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the calm of the gite and also to explore the area the chateau, the churches, etc.The wine at Domaine du Chapitre is two minutes Excellent! The swimming pool at St Aignan is very good with two heated pools. We would like to return in the future. Thank you to Marie Nöelle and Maman. Geoff and Sue , England

Le gite des vignes idéal pour aller visiter le zoo de Beauval
Très beau gite bien situé pour aller visiter le zoo de Beauval en famille très propre et bien agencé. La propriétaire est très attentionnée pour le bien-être de ses hôtes. Si nous avons la possibilité de revenir dans cette région touristique c'est dans ce gîte que nous poserond nos valises.

Accueil très agréable. Logement très fonctionnel cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain douche très bien disposée.et le tout très propre. Bien situé, sans aucun vis à vis. La localisation est parfaite. Nous avons été visiter le zoo de Beauval...à peine 10 minutes de route agréable.. Nous envisageons de revenir pour visiter les châteaux alentour.

Accueil des propriétaires excellent. Un gite tres propre au calme dans la campagne à proximité du zoo de Beauval. Des commerces dans le village et dans les communes proches. Nous n’hesiterons pas a revenir.

Séjour parfait ! Gîte au calme dans les vignobles de Touraine. Zoo de Beauval à 10 min, Cheverny, Valençay, Clos Lucé à 20 min, Chambord et Blois à 40 min. Commerces et boulangeries à 5 min. Gîte très fonctionnel, très propre. Propriétaires accueillants.

Un gite exceptionnel !
Le gite est spacieux, exceptionnellement propre et très bien équipé, très calme (les seul vis-à-vis sont les vignes) et très bien situé car à côté du zoo de Beauval et proche des châteaux très connus comme de petits châteaux qui mérite également une visite). La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême et très à l'écoute. Bref, nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour qui restera gravé dans notre mémoire certes, mais également dans nos cœurs.

Maison au calme dans la nature photos du site coformes , elle bien équipé et très propre idéalement bien située pour les visites chateaux , zoo.. madame Vannier est facilement joignable sur son portable je ne l'ai pas rencontrer, mais elle est très sympathique . Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie Noëlle. La maison est parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. La terrasse en bois est un vrai plus. Marie Noëlle est adorable et se soucie réellement du bien être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons à 1000%.

Demande de réservation faite en urgence car notre autre réservation a ete annulée (camping inondé). Celle ci a ete acceptée et grace a cela notre sejour au Zoo de Beauval a ete sauvé ! Surtout que bous venions ppir l'anniversaire de notre fille! Le gite est tres bien situé, tres fonctionnel et tres proppre. Rien a dire, si ce nest PARFAIT Merci

Logement propre et très fonctionnel. Hôte très agréable, répond à nos demande, reste disponible. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans, tout le matériel nécessaire pour bébé. À 10 minutes du zoo de Beauval. Tout était parfait. Amoureux de la nature c'est juste idyllique. Nous recommandons. Et nous saurons ou séjourné si nous devions revenir.
