We were treated to breakfast in the morning in their front dining room overlooking their garden. Beautiful rural farm experience."

"What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. The home is charming and beautiful. The room was perfection and the grounds were such a surprise. I had no idea they were world class manicured gardens complete with a labyrinth! Eric had prepared a list of recommended restaurants in the area, which is helpful. The room was quiet and spacious.
