"Beautiful property set in amazing grounds. Everything was very clean and so much kitchenware available. Lots of different living areas which was great for a big group. The outside bbq/seating area was covered so perfect for when the weather is not so great but you still want to be outside. Pool and tennis courts kept us very entertained. Some of the bedrooms are in outbuildings next to the main house so there were some bugs but that is to be expected for an older building in rural France! My friends and I had a wonderful time and are hoping to come back next year."

"We had a lovely week at Franck’s property which is in a perfect location, quiet and a short walk to the centre of Riberac. The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard - in fact as there has been some refurbishment including new bathrooms since the listing photos were published it exceeded our expectations. The pool and garden were ideal to relax in especially in the heat wave we experienced. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot in the Dordogne within walking distance of a small town and easy reach of beautiful places to visit e.g Brantome,Bourdeilles, Aubeterre. Franck was very welcoming on arrival and responded to any questions during the week swiftly. Thank you Franck!"

"We needed a villa large enough for 13 people and wanted a large swimming pool, large grounds , enough bedrooms and a few bathrooms . This ticked all the boxes ! We had a fantastic week . Many lovely meals were enjoyed outside on the huge table . Lovely area too and great having RIBERAC 5 minutes away"
