"Only stayed the one night in the room called “Cosy”. Don’t worry, it isn’t small! The character property has been renovated to a very high spec. All very clean and tastefully decorated. "This place would have been what it promised, a place of dreams: remote, rural, beautiful, wonderfully appointed, easygoing, friendly. BUT. After going quite a long distance out of our way to find this special place, being greeted by the friendly owner, moving into our room, and hitting the pool, the owner returned to tell us that he had double-booked the room, and we would have to leave. So we had to get out, get dressed, and leave to make another drive to find another hotel (sight unseen)......

"Michel and Mireille are delightful hosts. They were attentive to our needs while respecting our privacy. The setting was idyllic but the drive up to the gite is not for the faint hearted. It was peaceful, scenic and very hot (we were there during la canicule).
