"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. "Overall the apartment was perfect for our group. A mix of ages with friends and family. So much space and our 7yr olds were delighted they could play indoor football (with a soft ball!).
